Insane amount of capital a month from underdeveloped civ.

I'm trading a civ tech for cash.

Ok, so I'm very new to the game so I'm doing my first round on easy. I'm quite a bit ahead of the next best civ. The Liberators have no planets, 4 ships, 20 DC, 4308 Credits with a monthly income of 4308!!!! Oh, and 3 mods. This has to be a bug. Right? lol I'm afraid to pull the trigger on a 2500 for Terraforming feeling like I won't be listening to Admiral Akbar's sage advice.

Just wondering if anyone's seen anything quite like that?

And yes, I'm pulling the trigger. I gotta know. lol

Sure, go for it, 2500 credit for terraforming shouldn't be too hard to recuperate with selling a few anomalies loots. As for the capital a month, I'm not sure what's up; might be a fluke of the moment and would come down the next turn you check on them. Watching AI play using the console commands, their credit input and output does varies a lot from turn to turn, so who knows!
